1) How do we ship?
We ship UPS ground and require a physical shipping address. We generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. Special order items require more time. We stock all major parts you see listed on the site and generally there are no delays on these items.
2) What forms of payment do we accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We will also accept Money Orders and Cashiers checks, but we will not ship any merchandise until we receive payment.
3) Do we insure our deliveries? Yes, we buy insurance on your product for the value of what you paid for it. 4) Can I order by fax?
Yes you can. Write down the items you need and quantity, the billing address of the credit card being used, the shipping address, name and phone number, credit card, expiration date and 3 digit code on the back Make sure the text is large and dark enough for the fax to pick it up so we can read it and include several telephone numbers to reach you in case we can't read one of them.
5) Do we accept returns? We charge a 25% restocking fee for anything returned. You must have a return authorization number from us before you return any item(s). Any return must be within 7 days of you
receiving the merchandise. We will not accept returns of conductor cable. All merchandise must be in exact condition that we shipped it in. If you receive anything damaged we will replace it if you have kept the
original box so UPS can inspect it and you have notified us within 24 hours of receiving it. All returns are at your expense (except for replacement damaged items) and you will not receive credit on shipping charges. |
